I have been cooking my entire life—my family owned an Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh. I wanted to be able to share my skills to help busy families.

I love cooking so many—pot roast, homemade pot pies, risotto, lasagna, galinhada (Brazilian chicken & rice), soups.

I love to add little touches—vanilla beans in addition to extract, Irish butter.
