  1. The Fairfax County Police Department is asking for help identifying and locating a man who they say exposed himself to a group of juveniles in nearby Vienna last Wednesday evening. Three juveniles were playing on the 9600 block of Masterworks Drive when an unknown man approached them and exposed his genitals. The man left the area before officers made it to the scene. The suspect is described as a white man between the ages of 30 and 40 standing between 5’8″ and 5’10” with dark blonde hair and a slim build. He was wearing dress shoes, khaki pants, and a blue sweater with a dark blue and white stripe. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident, knows anyone matching the suspect’s description, or has information related to this incident is asked to call Det. K. Montwill of Fairfax Police at 703-246-7800. (WRIC)
  2. The Dulles Toll Road will officially leave behind cash tolls effective Mar. 1, when it shifts entirely to a pay-by-plate system for any driver not using an E-ZPass. The transition to a cashless system will see all remaining coin baskets deactivated, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority said in a release. Any driver not using electronic payment methods will be sent an invoice to the address corresponding to the vehicle’s license plate. Tolls collected will fund the road’s operating and maintenance costs, as well as part of the cost for Metro’s Silver Line to Dulles International Airport. (Northern Virginia Magazine News)
  3. In honor of Women's History Month, the City of Fairfax Commission for Women is partnering with the Historic Resources Office and George Mason University for a free panel discussion. "How Women Compete On and Off the Field: The Impact of Title IX" is slated for Mar. 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fairfax City Hall Council Chamber. Panel speakers will include Nena Rogers, George Mason University acting athletic director; Susan Barborek, SOAR Management Consulting CEO and Fairfax High School gymnastics coach; and Sarana Hyatt, Tandem Friends School athletic director. The panel discussion will be followed by a reception. (City of Fairfax Virginia)
