International Discount Grocery Store Coming To NoVA Shopping Center
A new international discount grocery store is slated to open soon in a Northern Virginia shopping center.

TYSONS, VA — German discount grocery chain Lidl recently signed a lease to occupy a 23,485 space at Idylwood Plaza in the Pimmit Hills area of Fairfax County, according to a release.
“We’re excited to welcome Lidl to Idylwood Plaza as a value priced grocery option that will resonate with the Falls Church community to make their shopping dollar go further,” said Deirdre Johnson, senior vice president of asset management at Federal Realty Investment Trust. “Their reputation for fresh produce, a standout artisan-style bakery, and a well-curated mix of everyday essentials and international products brings something truly distinctive to the neighborhood.”
The new Lidl grocery store will join MIYU , First Watch, Happy Fro Yo, Kajiken and Chicken Salad Chic and Quickway Japanese Hibachi, which all recently opened in the shopping center. Mumbai Central is slated to open this summer.
