Mindfulness for Parents Course
Opportunity for parents to learn about mindfulness practices led by Trisha Stotler.

Often times, we feel like we do not have enough time in our days to do everything we want to do- leaving us feeling stressed and drained. Parents have a tough job to create balance in our own lives as well as the lives of our children. How can mindfulness help us as parents? Our 6-week course provides parents with tools and resources to positively impact our own well-being as well as cause a ripple effect into our families and communities.
Join us as we learn about Mindfulness for Parents!
