Patriots Pub & Grill Proud Of Its Fresh Wings, Burgers, Pizza

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — “Good Times. Good People.” That’s what Patriots Pub & Grill’s owners Bridget Fonseca, Amanda Anderson, and Rose Dodge promise Fairfax City diners.

The proudly all-female owned neighborhood restaurant has been offering American fare to city residents since 1996. Patriots also happens to be one of the 32 food establishments taking part in Fairfax City Restaurant Week, which ends on Sunday.

Restaurant week is a collaboration with three of the city’s business-focused organizations: Fairfax City Economic Development Authority, Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce and the Old Town Fairfax Business Association.

Patch reached out to several of the eateries that are offering lunchtime deals during restaurant week. We’ve already heard from One Bar & Grill, Commonwealth Brewing Company, The Auld Shebeen, Big Buns Fairfax, and Ornery Beer Company.

Fonseca shared the following details about Patriots’ restaurant week plans.

What lunch specials will you be offering during restaurant week?

“Lunch specials are- $25 for 2 people - Fried Zucchini app, Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, and Funnel Cake Fries.

“Dinner specials are- $45 for 2 people - Choice of 2: Soup or Salad, Large Specialty Pizza, Warm Fudge Brownie Ice Cream Sundae.”

Some patrons may not have visited your restaurant before. What do you want them to know about your restaurant? What is your specialty and what are you most proud of?

“We are known for our fresh wings, burgers, and homemade pizza dough. We are proud to be an all-women and George Mason University Alumnae.”

What do you like about being a business owner in Fairfax City?

“We love supporting our community of The City of Fairfax for nearly 30 years with the huge support of The Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce. We are the ‘Cheers’ of Fairfax, where everybody knows your name. We make a regular one person at a time.
