Police: Couple Steals Tray of Diamond Rings, Best Buy Shoplifter Strikes Again

The following incident and arrest information was supplied by the City of Fairfax Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Latest crime news:
- Shoplifting Arrest, Best Buy: Moises Argueta Barahona, 20, of Chantilly was arrested for allegedly shoplifting an item from Best Buy at around 3 p.m. Feb. 6. Barahona was stopped as he attempted to leave the store. Officers later discovered that he had also allegedly stolen a laptop from the Best Buy on Jan. 10. Barahona was charged with two counts of felony larceny.
- Larceny Arrest, 3900 Block of Estel Road: Oscar Fabrici Caceres Castillo, 29, of Annapolis, Md. was arrested on Feb. 7 for allegedly stealing three pieces of equipment from the construction site where he worked. He was charged with grand larceny.
- Larceny, Old Towne Parking Garage: Someone(s) stole a rear license plate from a vehicle parked in the garage sometime between 8 p.m. Feb. 6 and 1:30 a.m. the next day.
- Larceny, Eminence Jewelers: A male and female grabbed a tray of diamond rings and ran from the store at around 3 p.m. Feb. 7. They fled to a car parked in the parking lot outside the business.
- Larceny, Auld Shebeen: Someone(s) stole a purse, as well as the cash, identification, debit cards and two cell phones stored within, from a table at the restaurant sometime between midnight and 1:30 a.m. Feb. 8.
