Repairs To Brookwood Drive Water Main Break To Take 6-8 Hours: Utility

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Repairs to the broken water main in the 3500 block of Brookwood Drive were underway around 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, according to City of Fairfax Police.

Fairfax Water estimated that it would take six to eight hours to finish the repairs

Police had closed Brookwood Drive between Blenheim Boulevard and Colony Road for about an hour, as they waited for Fairfax Water's arrival.
