City of Falls Church Crime Report for Nov. 15 - Nov. 28

Douglas F. Burkel, 44, of no fixed address, was charged with public drunkenness in the 300 block of S. Washington St. on Nov. 15.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a car in the 800 block of Fulton Ave. vandalized with eggs on Nov. 15.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a home burglary in the 1300 block of Robinson Pl. on Nov. 15.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating of a vehicle in the 400 block of Jackson St. vandalized with a key on Nov. 15.

Christopher A. Morris, 27, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with assaulting a family member in the 100 block of Chanel Terr. on Nov. 15.

Ronald C. Boyd, 44, of Falls Church, was charged with falsely reporting a crime and public drunkenness in the 700 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 15.

Carlos Pineda, 22, of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 1000 block of E. Broad St. on Nov. 16.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report made on Nov. 16 of a GPS stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of Poplar Dr. between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of an attempted robbery and assault and battery in the 200 block of S. Washington St. on Nov. 17. An unknown suspect approached the victim at the front entrance and demanded money.  The suspect did not obtain money and assaulted the victim in the face.  The victim was evaluated and treated for injuries by medics on scene.  The suspect, described as a black male wearing a yellow t-shirt with a knit hat, fled in a SUV with three other individuals.

Eliseo P. Deleon Mazariegos, 25, of Arlington, was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license in the 500 block of E. Broad St. on Nov. 17.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a larceny from a building in the 7100 block of Leesburg Pike on Nov. 17 and Nov. 18.

Ludrwin A. Machado Rivera, 21, of Falls Church, was charged with possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 19.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of the back windshield wiper and the side mirrors of a vehicle broken in the 6600 block of Wilson Ave. on Nov. 19.

Nghia H. Bui, of no fixed address, was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 19.

Darnell K. Ford, 50, of Falls Church, was charged with obstruction of justice for threatening law enforcement and public drunkenness in the 700 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 19.

Bacilio Guzman, 36, of Arlington, was charged with providing a false ID to law enforcement and public drunkenness in the 200 block of E. Fairfax St. on Nov. 20. Guzman was also served a warrant from Arlington County for failure to appear in court.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a car vandalized in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 20.

Travis K. Massey II, 20, of Hyattsville, Md., was charged with possession of marijuana in the 800 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 21.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of stolen scrap metal in the 100 block of W. Jefferson St. on Nov. 21.

Chuong H. Nguyen, 32, of Fairfax, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 24.

Tony Le, 24, of Sterling, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 24.

Minh Q. Pham, 36, of Annandale, was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 24.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of vandalism to a business in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 26.

Minh G. Hoang, 56, of Alexandria, was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 26. Thao T. To, 64, of Falls Church, was charged with permitting smoking in a prohibited area.

An V. Le, 31, of McLean, was charged with driving under the influence in the 900 block of Park Ave. on Nov. 26. Jessica Khosravi Heins, 23, of Falls Church, was charged with disorderly conduct and fleeing the scene of an accident.

Fernando E. Moran, 25, of Fairfax, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 27.

Jose O. Quintero, 25, of Springfield, was charged with urinating in public in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 27.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a vandalized vehicle in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd.

Tuan T. Dinh, 42, of Lorton and Ai M. Nguyen, 40, of Woodbridge, were charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 28.
