City of Falls Church Crime Report for Dec. 6 - Dec. 12

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of graffiti on the exterior wall of a business in the 700 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 6.

Sophia Ngo 22, of Falls Church, was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 6. Police also charged Jenny O. Nguyen, 40, of Springfield, with permitting smoking where prohibited.

Tu T. Le, 39, of Fairfax, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 7.

Nghia V. Nguyen, 45, of Alexandria, was charged with public drunkenness in the 6600 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 7.

Tammy S. Farley, 50, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of S. Virginia Ave. on Dec. 7.

Larry A. Grayson, 28, of Arlington, was charged with trespassing in the 800 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 8.

Franco E. Castro, 21, of Vienna, was charged with driving under the influence in the 300 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 9.

Alex E. Harmon, 24, of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 200 block of S. West St. on Dec. 9.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of two cars broken into in the 100 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 9.

Teresa N. Le, 25, of Falls Church, was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 10. Police also charged Nghien T. Tran, 65, of Fairfax, with permitting smoking where prohibited.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of vandalism in the 900 block of S. Washington St. on Dec.  10.

Ronnie L. McCray, 50, of no fixed address, was charged with trespassing and public drunkenness in the 100 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 10.

Raul Banegas Alonso, 35, of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 7300 block of Leesburg Pike on Dec. 10.

Juan C. Diaz Segovia, 28, of Falls Church, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 11.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a stolen vehicle in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 11.

Jose A. Lara Argueta, 29, of Vienna, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 11.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of larceny from a building in the 400 block of W. Broad St. between Dec. 11 and Dec. 12.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 100 block of Birch St. on Dec. 12.
