Zachary Duarte, 24, of Arlington, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood breath test in the 800 block of N. Roosevelt St. on Sept. 22.

Michael A. Trivett, 33, of Arlington, was charged with urinating in public in the 300 block of N. Washington St. on Sept. 23.

Wender R. Velasquez, 28, of Silver Spring, Md., was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to blood or breath test in the 800 block of N. Roosevelt St. on Sept. 24.

Donald Ankers, 31, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with assaulting a family member, attempted destruction of property and public drunkenness in the 800 block of W. Broad St. on Sept. 25.

Wilfido Lopez, 32, of Fort Washington, Md., was charged with public drunkenness in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on Sept. 26. He was also extradited back to Maryland for failure to appear in court for DUI charges.

Hassan Dib, 19, of Springfield and Jose L. Ventura Herrera, 19, of Falls Church, were charged with possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of Ellison St. on Sept. 26.
