Nightly Road Work Affects Arlington Boulevard In Falls Church Area
Nighttime lane closures are planned for about a month on Arlington Boulevard west of Seven Corners, according to the VDOT.
FALLS CHURCH, VA — Paving work will affect overnight traffic on Arlington Boulevard in the Falls Church area starting Monday.
Milling and paving work will prompt eastbound lane closures on Arlington Boulevard (Route 50) between Graham Road and Leesburg Pike (Route 7), according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. The nightly lane closures will happen most nights between Monday, Aug. 21 and Monday, Sept. 18.
Lane closure hours are 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Sunday nights to Thursday nights. Westbound lanes of Arlington Boulevard will not be affected during the eastbound lane closures.
