4th Suspect In Fredericksburg Fatal Shooting In Police Custody: Report
A fourth suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Tyler Lee Jones in Fredericksburg has been arrested, according to police.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A fourth suspect was arrested in connection to the Dec. 14 killing of 23-year-old Tyler Lee Jones in Fredericksburg, according to police.
Daquan Warren, 24, of Woodford was taken into custody on Jan. 17 by the Caroline County Sheriff's Office. Warren is facing multiple charges, including second-degree murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to police. He is being held at the Pamunkey Regional Jail without bond.
Officers who responded around 1 a.m., on Dec 14, for the report of gunshots found Jones injured on Charles Street, police said, adding he was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.

The three other suspects in custody for Jones’ death are 22-year-old Eric Costley of Spotsylvania, 21-year-old Elijah Musgrove and 21-year-old Izaiah Jabbar Daniels of Woodford.
