Break In Reported on Princess Anne

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2011

BURGLARY:

100 block Princess Anne St, Nov. 24 – Nov. 28 8:30 a.m. A resident reported that a television, cash, and jewelry were stolen from her apartment while she was out of town. Officers discovered a sliding rear door on the residence that had been forced open. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

1700 block Sunken Rd, Nov. 14 – Nov. 15 9:30 a.m. A resident reported that items of jewelry were stolen from a jewelry box inside the residence. The investigation is ongoing.

1320 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Nov. 28 7:30 p.m. A visitor reported that his prescription medication was stolen from his vehicle.    No suspects or witnesses at this time.

FRAUD:

Outback Steakhouse, 2941 Plank Rd, Nov. 28 8:15 p.m. A manager reported that two female subjects accompanied by a male subject left the restaurant without paying for their bill. The investigation is ongoing.

ARRESTS:

Peejay King, 24, of no fixed address was arrested for assault and battery.
