Buckner Street Burglary Reported

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2011

BURGLARY:

1400 block Buckner St, Dec. 14 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person entered her home while the house was empty and stole jewelry and coins from a bedroom. It is unknown how entry was made to the house. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

1200 block Great Oaks Ln, Dec. 14 4:50 p.m. A neighbor reported that a quantity of scrap metal was stolen from an unoccupied property on the block. The investigation is ongoing.

ARRESTS:

Paul White, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for contempt of court.

Ellis Autry, 27, of no fixed address was arrested for contempt of court.

Donna Parker, 45, of Spotsylvania was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.

John Hayes, 41, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Robert Dillon, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear in court.

James, Stewart, 36, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear in court.
