FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2011
BREAKING AND ENTERING:

Wellington Woods Apartments, 1704 Lafayette Blvd, Oct.19 5:50 pm – Oct. 20 7:30 a.m. An employee reported that he arrived to work and found the rear window of the office open and the contents of the room in disarray. The investigation is ongoing.

1900 block Elmhurst Ave, Oct.17 – Oct. 20 12:00 pm. A property manager reported that he found a window lock damaged and evidence that someone had attempted to gain entry to the unoccupied residence. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, 308 Hanover St, Oct. 20 9:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. A member reported that her iPhone and GPS were stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Oct.18 – Oct. 20 2:30 pm. A Spotsylvania resident reported that his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. The vehicle is a 2002 black Saturn Vue with Virginia license plates. The investigation is ongoing.

ARRESTS:

Dante Rojas, 22, of Manassas was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Sheila Deutsch, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of a protective order.

David Shortt, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
