BURGLARY:
800 block Moncure St, Nov. 9 7:30 Nov. – 3:15 p.m. A resident reported that her son’s video game system was stolen from his bedroom. There was no sign of forced entry to the house. The investigation is ongoing.

Hospitality House, 2801 Plank Rd, Nov. 9 8:00 Nov. – 3:40 p.m. A construction superintendent reported that a concrete saw was stolen from a locked storage container on the property. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:

James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, Nov. 9 9:30 Nov. A student reported that his iPod was stolen from his backpack in a locker room. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
FRAUD:
1400 block Stafford Ave, Nov. 4 – Nov. 6 5:00 p.m. Nov. A resident reported that his credit card was used to make several fraudulent online purchases, even though the card never left his possession. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Michael Marshall, 50, of Spotsylvania was arrested for sexual battery.
James Johnson, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Ryan Armstead, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of a schedule III narcotic.
James Cha, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.
Christopher Arnold, 27, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from King George charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of malicious wounding.
Jeffrey King, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Frank Smith, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
