The Fredericksburg City Council meets again on Oct. 11 at City Hall. There, city leaders will consider an increase in the bonus promised to city employees, and extending downtown parking hours for the impending holiday season. In work session prior to the regular meeting, the City Council will review a draft of the city's capital improvements program and a presentation of Fredericksburg's financial planning model.
