Drunk Driver Arrested After Hit and Run
More police reports from over the weekend in today's City Blotter.

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2011
BURGLARY:
100 block Princess Anne St, Oct.21 2:00 p.m. – Oct.22 3:00 p.m. A resident reported that a quantity of cash was stolen from her apartment. The unknown offender apparently made entry through an unlocked bedroom window. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
1900 block Fall Hill Ave, Oct.22 2:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that a GPS was stolen from her husband’s vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1400 block Winchester St, Oct.21 11:00 p.m. – Oct.22 2:00 a.m. A Stafford resident reported that her iPod and laptop computer were stolen from her unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Bourbon Room, 216 William St, Oct.23 1:00 a.m. – 1:15 a.m. Two patrons reported that their purses were stolen while they were on the dance floor. The purses were later located inside the men’s restroom, and items of value were missing from each bag. The investigation is ongoing.
1400 block Augustine Ave, Oct.22 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A UMW student reported that her purse was stolen while she attended a party. The purse was later recovered in a yard on Payne Street, but the credit cards were missing from it. The investigation is ongoing.
1300 block Parcell St, Oct.22 11:30 p.m. – Oct.23 2:30 a.m. A UMW student reported that her cell phone was stolen while she attended a party at the residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
200 block Hanover St, Oct.22 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. A Richmond resident reported that her vehicle was scratched and damaged by a sharp object while the vehicle was parked on the street. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI/HIT AND RUN:
Parking Garage, 600 Sophia St, Oct.23 12:40 a.m. Witnesses reported that a silver Volvo rammed through the arm bar of the parking garage and left the area. An officer located the vehicle traveling southbound in the 1800 block of Lafayette Blvd and performed a traffic stop. Lucy Quann, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI, felony hit and run, and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test. Quann was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
ARRESTS:
Nicholas Corbin, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for malicious wounding.
Jonathan Bullock, 23, of Lynchburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Ryan Lee, 18, of Vienna was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Shanquita McMillan, 21, of no fixed address was arrested for resisting arrest and on a warrant from Stafford charging her with failure to appear in court.
Benja Gladden, 18, of Montross was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and shoplifting from Target.
Kasey Hamlet, 18, of Warsaw was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and shoplifting from Target.
Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Target. Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.
Natasha Collins, 23, of Temple Hills, Maryland was arrested for obtaining money by false pretenses and uttering.
Will Gallop, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
Colin Gannon, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
Santiago Sueiro, 21 of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
Naveed Amer, 52, of Locust Grove was arrested for hit and run.
Dwayne Baker, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Henry Liriano, 28, of Silver Spring, Maryland was arrested for public intoxication.
Robert Clift, 32, of King George was arrested for public intoxication.
