Have You Seen This Woman?
52-year-old mentally disabled Spotsylvania resident Ramone Brehun has been missing for almost a month.

The Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a 52-year-old woman who has been missing since early October.
Ramone Brehun, born in St. Thomas, was last seen on October 5 at her home on Morris Road in Spotsylvania County. Her family did not report her missing until October 13.
Brehun has brown skin and stands 5 foot 4 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. Sheriff's do not have a description of what she might have been wearing because no one saw her leave.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Brehun has a history of leaving for several days at a time, but never previously for this long. When she had disappeared in the past, she had been found either living in the woods or squatting in an abandoned house or having run off to visit family in New York.
Detectives have checked nearby abandoned homes for signs of Brehun, but so far their searches have turned up no leads.
Brehun suffers from an undisclosed mental impairment. She also has been known to return to her native St. Thomas, despite not having a family or residence there. When Brehun was last found in St. Thomas, she ended up living on the streets in poverty.
Anyone with information on Brehun's whereabouts is asked to call Spotsylvania Sheriff's Detective Greg Carter at 540-507-7115.
