
FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2011
BREAKING AND ENTERING:
200 block Riverside Manor Blvd, Nov. 30 1:20 p.m. A teenage resident reported that he was in an upstairs shower when he heard the sound of glass breaking. The student ran down to the first floor and saw shattered glass from the rear door and a gloved hand reaching in to the door handle. The teenager fled to a neighbor’s house and called 911. The house and neighborhood were searched extensively by police but the suspect was not located. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
CVS, 591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Nov. 30 12:45 p.m. A manager reported that a male subject placed items of merchandise in a bag and ran from the store onto the canal path when confronted. The suspect was described as a black male in his mid-40’s wearing a heavy coat and fisherman style hat. No known suspects at this time.
1300 block Sunken Rd, Nov. 30 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A resident reported that the GPS was stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
FRAUD:
Dameron’s Hallmark, 1275 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Nov. 30 3:45 p.m. An employee reported that a male subject paid for an item of merchandise with a traveler’s check that was later determined to be a fake. The investigation is ongoing.
ARRESTS:
Donald Wilson, 49, of Arlington was arrested for possession of cocaine.
Gary Mansfield, 43, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
