FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2011
LARCENY:

Dec. 16 3:00 p.m. A delivery driver reported that a male subject stole a bottle of soda from the back of his truck while he inside the store completing a delivery. No known suspects at this time.

, Dec. 16 7:00 p.m. A customer reported that she accidentally left her wallet on a display table and when she returned to retrieve it, the wallet was still there but the cash was missing from it. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

A customer reported that her purse was stolen from her table and was later found in the men’s bathroom. Two cellphones and a quantity of cash had been stolen from the purse. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

A customer reported that her purse was stolen from her table and was later found in the trashcan of the men’s bathroom. All the contents of the purse were intact. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:

3300 block Fall Hill Ave, Dec. 13 4:00 p.m. – Dec. 16 11:00 a.m. An officer patrolling in the area located several examples of new graffiti throughout the neighborhood. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Cal Ripken Ballfields, 1000 Wicklow Dr, Dec. 15 3:00 p.m. – Dec. 16 8:30 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown person drove a vehicle onto the field and severely damaged the sod and newly planted grass. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Doris Reeder, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 100 block of William St.

Paul Black, 45, of Unionville was arrested in the 4000 block of River Rd.

Jillian Good, 28, of Stafford was arrested in the 700 block of Cornell St.

ARRESTS:

Syreeta Faison, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for embezzlement.

Lloyd Tyler, 54, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him with DUI 3rd offense.

Kevin Nave, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested for petit larceny.

Walter Hubbard, 22, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Matthew Pendleton, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Michael Holmgren, 19, of Manassas was arrested on warrants from Prince William County charging him with three counts of failure to appear in court.

Emily Davis, 21, of Rhoadesville was arrested for public intoxication.

Jennifer Graves, 22, of King George was arrested for making threats of bodily harm by phone(felony).

Clarissa Scott, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from the ABC store.

Jerrell Andrews, 23, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana and on a warrant from North Carolina charging him with probation violation.

Rodney Bundy, 37, of Ruther Glen was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Chetiska Rich, 33, of Ruther Glen was arrested for assault and battery.

Sebastian Peres, unknown age, unknown address, was arrested for public intoxication.

Thomas Ryan, 41, of Stafford was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Eric Fagan, 32, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terry Young, 33, of Ruther Glen was arrested for public intoxication.

Sherrie Stanley, 20, of Culpeper was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, conspiracy to commit shoplifting, and felony shoplifting from Walmart.

Alyssa Lee, 18, of Brandy Station was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, conspiracy to commit shoplifting, and felony shoplifting from Walmart.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Justin Ramos, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Juvenile male, 17, was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Gene Callaway, 47, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana.
