Residents Discover Intruders in Two Incidents

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2011
BREAKING AND ENTERING:
900 block Littlepage St, Dec. 1 9:00 p.m. Three roommates reported that when they arrived home and were still outside, they could see that someone was inside one of the bedrooms. The roommates then saw the unknown subject run out of the back of the house and across the back yard. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate a suspect. The only description the victims could provide was that the person was wearing a white hoodie. Nothing was stolen from the residence. The investigation is ongoing.
1200 block Forest Village, Dec. 1 8:30 p.m. A resident reported that she returned home with friends and found her ex-boyfriend inside her bedroom. When the victim locked herself inside a bathroom to call police, the suspect fled through a bedroom window. The suspect was located by officers a short time later on Fall Hill Avenue near Riverside Drive and he was taken into custody without incident. Marcus Henry, 20, of Stafford was arrested for breaking and entering and released by the magistrate on a $3000 bond.
LARCENY:
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, Nov. 29 – Nov. 30 7:00 a.m. A foreman reported that a generator and tamper were stolen from a construction site. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Otter House, 1005 Princess Anne St, Dec. 1 11:45 p.m. A patron reported that her cell phone and car keys were stolen from her table. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Rachel Dunai, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1300 block of Lafayette Blvd.
ARRESTS:
Danielle Showalter, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of probation.
Judd Houck, 42, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Andrew Foster, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Thomas Foster, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Charles Bryner, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
