Rocks Thrown at Motorist

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2011
LARCENY:
Home Depot, 1201 Gateway Blvd, Oct. 14 10:00 a.m. An employee reported that two male subjects attempted to return items of merchandise without a receipt. A later review of the surveillance video showed the subjects first entering the store with an empty cart. When the cashier tried to get information from the subjects about the return, the subjects fled from the store with the merchandise and left the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

500 block Sophia St, Oct. 14 5:30 p.m. – 7:50 p.m. A Culpeper resident reported that her purse and GPS were stolen from her vehicle while she was unloading items and left her door unlocked. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1300 block Washington Ave, Oct. 14 8:00 p.m. A resident reported that a cell phone was stolen from his unsecured vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

1400 block Washington Ave, Oct. 14 7:30 p.m. – Oct. 15 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that his wallet was stolen from his unsecured vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
1300 block Seacobeck St, Oct. 14 10:00 p.m. – Oct. 15 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that cash, a credit card, cell phone, and other items were stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
600 block Maple Ct, Oct. 14 10:00 p.m. – Oct. 15 11:30 a.m. A resident reported that a laptop computer was stolen from her apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
2000 block Lafayette Blvd, Oct. 15 9:30 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that two juveniles struck and damaged her vehicle with rocks as she drove southbound on Lafayette Blvd. No known suspects at this time.

Edouard Marroum, 24, of Springfield was arrested in the 1300 block of Central Park Blvd.
James Smith, 43, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1800 block of Lafayette Blvd.

Shawn Penholzer, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for making harassing phone calls.
Elizabeth Campbell, 85, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Rasmiah Shultz, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of controlled paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Juanita Davis, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Samantha Hughes, 19, of King George was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Kimberley Dozier, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for attempted malicious wounding.
Samantha Faucette, 21, of Mechanicsville, Maryland was arrested for conspiracy and shoplifting from Target.
Joshua Moore, 22, of Mechanicsville, Maryland was arrested for conspiracy and shoplifting from Target.
Jordan Montero, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana and shoplifting from Walmart.
Kristina Judd, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony shoplifting from Wegmans.
Gary Paul, 41, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Levi Stika, 23, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Christopher Cross, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for probation violation.
Derek Haynes, 24, of Ruther Glen was arrested for public intoxication.
Kortney Colley, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Charles Cutchin, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of cocaine and public intoxication.
Theresa Richie, 42, of Spotsylvania was arrested for attempted malicious wounding and assault and battery.
Justin Baine, 25, of Branford, Connecticut was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Karoly Meszaros, 62, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Jeffrey Neel, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Brian Thomas, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested for failure to appear in court.
