The Fredericksburg area could receive another 1 to 2 inches of snow Friday, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). A winter weather advisory was issued Friday morning.
Snow is expected mainly between 1 and 9 p.m. The chance of precipitation is 80 percent, according to the NWS. Friday's predicted high is 31 degrees.
Saturday is expected to be sunny, with a high near 36.
