SPOTSYLVANIA, VA—An area recreation league soccer coach has been arrested after soliciting a teenage male, according to the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office. Donald Deal, 56, was arrested June 21, charged with a felony and was held without bond.

Police say they were made aware June 18 of complaints that a Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation coach had been sending inappropriate text messages to two teenage males, both of whom had played soccer for him. The Free Lance-Star reported that court records show Seal wanted one boy to perform pornographic acts.

The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to call police at 540-582-5822.
