Stafford Sheriffs to Check Car Seats, Can Food Drive

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Car Seat Inspection Event at the Wal Mart at 217 Garrisonville Road on Wednesday, November 16.  The checking detail will be at the Wal Mart from 9 a.m. to noon to check anyone’s child car seat at no charge.  There will be several car seat technicians on hand for this special event.  On Saturday, November 19 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Brooke Point High School, members of the Sheriff’s Office will be collecting can goods for SERVE to help out families in the community during the holiday season.  Brooke Point High School is located at 1700 Courthouse Road in Stafford County.
