Where To Grab Last-Minute Grilling Items On Memorial Day In Virginia

These grocery stores in Virginia are open Memorial Day in case you need more hot dog buns or drinks for your cookout.

VIRGINIA — If you run short of buns or anything else for your Memorial Day cookout or get-together, don’t plan on making a supply run to Costco stores in Virginia.

Costco is closed on Monday, May 26, as it is on most major holidays. But there are plenty of other places in Virginia to pick up what you need, including big box stores Target and Walmart.

While Walmart stores are open regular hours from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., some Target stores may observe limited hours. Whether Target or some other store, it’s always a good idea to check local store hours before heading out.
