DC, NoVA Weekend: Emporiyum, Food History Weekend, Whiskey Fest
Climb onboard a replica ship, browse the Northern Virginia Christmas Market or find something else to do this weekend.
In early November, we see the transition from fall festivals to holiday shopping events. There's plenty to do this weekend in Northern Virginia and DC, from craft fairs and food festivals to early Veterans Day events.
We've rounded up numerous events going on from Friday, Nov. 8, to Sunday, Nov. 10. Some are free, while others have fees.
The larger events include Northern Virginia Christmas Market, Food History Weekend at National Museum of American History, The Emporiyum DC, George Washington Whiskey Festival, Czech Christmas Market, Nao Santa Maria docked in DC and National Veterans Day Service at Washington National Cathedral.
