Sex Offense Reported Near S. Kings Highway: Police
A woman was walking when a man drove up in his car alongside her and began masturbating, police said.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police report a sex offense Thursday afternoon in the 2900 block of Furman Lane (see map below).
The victim was walking through a parking lot shortly before 1:47 p.m. Thursday when a man drove up to her and began masturbating, according to police. The suspect then drove away in a gray sedan.
The suspect was described as black, in his 30s. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
