The self-guided walking tour will feature examples of Hollin Hill's mid-century modern architecture, landscaping and interior design. A map of the homes and gardens open during the tour will be provided to ticket holders upon check-in.

Hollin Hill's homes were designed between the 1940s and 1970s, and the neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Virginia Landmark Historic District.
