Stolen Vehicle In Lincolnia Leads To Arrest: Police

BREAKING: Fairfax County Police have located a suspect in a carjacking in Lincolnia Friday.

LINCOLNIA, VA — A carjacking with a potentially armed suspect led to an arrest by Fairfax County Police Friday.

Police had responded to the stolen vehicle in the 6100 block of Yellowstone Drive Friday. The suspect, who was described as a white man with a full beard, green sunglasses, beige hat, dark shorts, fled on foot.

Shortly after notifying the public about the carjacking, police said its helicopter and officers located the suspect. There was no immediate information on the suspect's identity and charges.
