HARRISONBURG, VA — Harrisonburg City residents have cast their votes to decide the members of the Harrisonburg City Council. This election will shape policy decisions and governance in the city for the coming years.

  • Kathy Beery: 591 votes
  • Christopher Jones (Incumbent): 363 votes
  • Nasser Alsaadun: 655 votes
  • Laura Dent (Incumbent): 718 votes

The current count covers 8 out of 9 precincts reporting. As it stands, Deanna Reed leads with the highest number of votes, followed by Laura Dent, Nasser Alsaadun, Kathy Beery, and Christopher Jones. All these figures are preliminary and will be updated as more precincts report their results.
