- Massanutten Technical Center organized its annual community day, offering families an opportunity to have fun in the sun while also exploring the various programs offered by the center. Saturday's event sparked curiosity among parents, encouraging them to learn more about the school and its curriculum. Culinary arts students showcased their skills by serving wings and homemade sauce, demonstrating real-life applications of their learning. - The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Relay For Life took place on Saturday at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds. This year, 49 teams signed up to support cancer research and the American Cancer Society.
