Donate Blood Friday Afternoon At Worldgate Athletic Club In Herndon
Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa is teaming with Inova Blood Services to host a blood drive this Friday in Herndon.
HERNDON, VA — Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa and Inova Blood Donor Services are hosting a blood donation drive from 12:30-4:30 p.m. this Friday.
“As the holidays get closer, hospitals throughout Northern Virginia are in critical need of blood donations,” said Stephanie McMahan, Worldgate's group exercise director, in a release. “We are setting up a donation center in our main studio at Worldgate to support 24 area hospitals.”
The drive is open to the public and will take place at the athletic club, which is located at 13037 Worldgate Drive in Herndon. Donors will receive a gift bag from Worldgate, which will include a free one-week membership, samples from the Worldgate spa, and a long-sleeve shirt from Inova.
