Worldgate Celebrates $4M Renovation Of Herndon Fitness Center

HERNDON, VA — Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa is showcasing the recent multi-million dollar upgrade of its center in Herndon with a grand opening celebration. The club will be offering special classes, programs and demonstrations of its new features every day this week.

The public is welcome to come in and check out the new state-of-the-art equipment and features, including a boxing studio, an Accutennis high-tech system, video-on-demand cycling, and a golf simulator, as well as Hyperice and Normatec recovery equipment. The indoor track even got a makeover.

The three-level club located at 13037 Worldgate Drive is open 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. one Saturday and Sunday.

Rappaport, CEO of Rappaport, owners of Worldgate, in a release. “As one of the largest clubs in the D.C. region, it was important for us to provide the latest in fitness technology and workout trends. Members, and the community, should be excited to see the new additions. It is a state-of-the-art fitness club and spa that offers everything.”

In addition providing fitness programs and opportunities to its customers, the club also offers facials, massages, waxing and other services at its spa facility, which is open to the public.
