Cash Reward Offered for Help Identifying Springfield Town Center Shoplifter: Police
Police released a photo of a man they say stole items Sunday from the JC Penney store at Springfield Town Center.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect they say shoplifted items Sunday at the JC Penney store at Springfield Town Center shopping center.
Officers at the Franconia District Police Station are investigating the case of theft they say took place Sunday, Jan. 8; police say a man went into the J.C. Penny store and took property. Surveillance video captured images of the suspect (pictured), police said.
The suspect is described as a black man, approximately 35 to 40 years old and around 6 feet 2 inches tall, 175 to 200 pounds with facial hair. If you recognize this suspect, police ask that you contact Officer Maria Stecco at (703) 922-0889. You are encouraged to contact police if:
