'Have Coffee with a Cop' Day Friday in Kingstowne Area
Fairfax County Police officers plan to meet with local residents for coffee, to discuss issues and learn more about each other.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Did you know that Friday is "Have Coffee with a Cop" Day? If you've got something on your mind you want to bring up to police, now's your chance. Fairfax County Police officers plan to meet with residents Friday afternoon, Oct. 7, at the Dunkin Donuts at in the Manchester Lakes Shopping Center, 7001 Manchester Blvd. (see map below).
Coffee with a Cop is a nationwide endeavor designed to bring police officers and community members together to discuss issues and learn more about each other, over coffee.
Officers will be at the doughnut shop from 2-4 p.m. Friday. The doughnut shop location is here:
