Police Beat: Armed Robbery at Franconia Service Station

Robbery and larcenies reported Tuesday by Fairfax County police.

A man entered an automobile service station in the 5700 block of Telegrah Road on Monday night, displaying a gun to an employee before fleeing with the cash.

There were no injuries in the robbery,  which took place at 10:56 p.m. according to the Fairfax County Police Department. The suspect was described as white and about 5 feet 7 inches tall.

In addition, a trio of larcenies was reported Tuesday by the Franconia District Station:

  • 7600 block of Hogarth Street, cash taken from residence.
  • 6500 block of Lee Valley Drive, jewelry taken from residence.
  • 6900 block of Victoria Drive, money taken from residence.
