Dog Bit Leesburg Man Who Was Sexually Abusing It: Police
A Leesburg man is charged with sexual abuse of an animal after authorities said a dog bit him while he was sexually abusing it.
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A dog bit a Leesburg man who was sexually abusing it earlier this month, authorities said in a news release on Wednesday.
The man was arrested on Aug. 10 after an investigation by Loudoun County Animal Services.
Authorities identified the man as 25-year-old Ariel Enrique Carrasco Intestroza of Leesburg. He is charged with one count of felony sexual abuse of an animal.

Carrasco Intestroza was arraigned on Thursday and is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. His next court date is scheduled for Sept. 12.
If convicted, Carrasco Intestroza could face up to five years in prison and a $2,500 fine, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines. He could also be prohibited from owning an animal and ordered to attend a treatment program or obtain psychiatric counseling.

On Aug. 7, first responders with Loudoun County Fire and Rescue and Loudoun County Animal Services responded to a caller who reported a dog bite. Investigators determined the dog, which belonged to a family member, was being sexually abused when it bit the man.
