• Bank Robbery Suspect Dies After Shooting At Leesburg Walmart: Update (patch.com) — Leesburg residents are learning more about a deadly police shooting at the local Walmart, where deputies fatally shot a Sterling man wanted in an attempted bank robbery and bomb threat. Authorities say Loudoun detectives and the FBI had the suspect under surveillance before confronting him in the parking lot, and both the shooting and related incidents remain under active investigation.
