Leesburg Council Advances Proposal to Remove 9 Loudoun St. Parking Spaces (loudounnow.com) — Downtown Leesburg drivers may soon lose nine on-street parking spaces along Loudoun Street between South King and Church as the Town Council is poised to approve their removal. The Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company requested the change to improve emergency access to Inova Loudoun Hospital, and town officials plan to keep a loading zone so nearby businesses can still receive deliveries.
