Leesburg Council Advances Proposal to Remove 9 Loudoun St. Parking Spaces (loudounnow.com) — Downtown Leesburg drivers may soon lose nine on-street parking spaces along Loudoun Street between South King and Church as the Town Council is poised to approve their removal.
