Blotter: Trailer, Power Tools Stolen in Manassas

Manassas City Police are investigating several recent thefts.

Manassas City Police are investigating recent thefts from the local area. 

Trailer stolen: A trailer was stolen from in front of a house on the 10000 block of Amberleigh Court between midnight and 9 a.m. May 2. The 8’x10’ open bed trailer has wood planking for the bed, and is constructed of black steel. It has a mesh drop gate ramp, built-in motorcycle chocks, and a single-axle with white steel wheels.

Larceny from a business: Power tools were stolen from a locked storage container at Henry’s Auto Auction on Wakeman Court sometime between 4 p.m. May 2 and 9 a.m. May 3. Police believe a vehicle may have driven up to a break in the fence near the storage container.

Larceny from shed and vehicles: Power tools and change were stolen from a locked shed and two unlocked cars on the 9300 block of Fernwood Court sometime between the evening of May 1 and morning of May 2.
