Chuck E. Cheese Indecent Exposure In Manassas Leads To Charges

A man is facing charges for an indecent exposure in a women's restroom at Chuck E. Cheese, according to Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA — An indecent exposure at a Chuck E. Cheese location in Manassas Sunday has led to an arrest and charges, Prince William County Police say.

Officers had responded around 4:49 p.m. Sunday to the Chuck E. Cheese at 7730 Stream Walk Lane in the Bull Run area of Prince William County. Police say the suspect had entered the women's restroom and was removing his clothing. He stopped when an employee intervened, and he fled before police arrived.

Police learned that the suspect had been trespassed from the property previously.

Ziyon Marquis Macon, 24, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and trespassing. He was held on a $2,500 secured bond.

Vandalism on School Grounds: On January 24 at 11:34AM, the School Resource Officer assigned to Brentsville High School located at 12109 Aden Rd. in Nokesville (20181) was notified of vandalism at the school. The investigation revealed a derogatory word was found etched into the back of a bathroom stall in the second-floor boys’ bathroom. The writing was recently observed and reported to school personnel and did not appear to contain any threats towards students or staff. No additional markings were reported.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm: On January 24 at 11:42PM, officers responded to the area of Blackburn Rd. near Wentwood Ln. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed multiple shots were heard in the above area before a vehicle was observed driving away. Officers located shell casings on the ground in the above area. No injuries or property damage were reported.

Armed Robbery: On January 26 at 11:33PM, officers responded to the Gardens of Crestwood Village located in the 10600 block of Provincial Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the two male victims, 19 and 21 years old, were with a group of other individuals when the suspects brandished firearms and demanded the victim’s property. At one point during the encounter, one of the suspects physically struck the victim with the firearm before dispersing in a Toyota Camry driven by another unknown man. A camera, recording equipment, a firearm, and clothing were reported missing. Two of the suspects were described as black men approximately 5 foot 10 with thin builds. Minor injuries were reported.

Attempted Strong-Arm Robbery: On January 27 at 5:08AM, officers responded to the 4300 block of Potomac Highlands Cl. in Triangle (22172) to investigate an attempted robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 32-year-old man, was approached by multiple individuals who assaulted him and attempted to take his property. The victim was able to separate from the suspects and later contacted the police. No property was reported missing. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries. No further suspect descriptions were provide to police.

Assault by Mob: On January 28 at 4:41PM, officers responded to the Wawa located at 2051 Daniel Stuart Sq. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed an employee was assaulted by four unknown men before another employee intervened and separated the parties. The suspects left the business prior to the police arriving on scene. Minor injuries were reported. The suspects were wearing masks and dark-colored clothing.

Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle: On January 23 at 5:49PM, officers responded to the 13800 block of Delaney Rd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed the victim, a 35-year-old man, was driving in the above area when the driver of another vehicle, identified as the accused, fired a round towards their vehicle. The victim quickly left the area and contacted the police. Officers determined the parties were known to one another and this incident was a result of an ongoing dispute. During the investigation, officers obtained a search warrant for the suspect’s residence where evidence was located. No injuries or property damage were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as a 17-year-old male juvenile, was arrested.
