  1. On Thursday, Feb. 23, Prince William County Police arrested a man for allegedly committing multiple bank robberies in Prince William and Spotsylvania Counties over the last month. The suspect, 27-year-old David Emanuel Andrews, allegedly entered the banks, passed a note to a teller demanding money, and then left after collecting the money. He has been charged with robbery and is currently in custody. (WRIC)
