GAINESVILLE, VA—A lightning strike caused a massive fire Monday night, June 18, at an auto repair shop in the 7000 block of Logos Way, according to Prince William County Fire and Rescue. Units controlled the blaze, and no injuries were reported.

Shortly after 7 p.m., rescue units were dispatched to the scene for a reported fire at Trans Auto Dynamics. They found the building engulfed by fire, and the roof in the process of collapsing. Defensive operations kept the blaze in check.
