Blotter: Man Had Relationship With Underage Girl, Seven Cars Keyed

Manassas City Police are investigating the following recent incidents. 

Unlawful Carnal Knowledge

Wilber Osmin Aguilar Chicas, 23, of Clark Place in Manassas, was charged with carnal knowledge of a child between 13 and 15 years old.

Police determined that Aguilar Chicas was having a sexual relationship with a 14 year old Manassas girl. 

Vandalism

Seven cars parked along the 8400 and 8300 blocks of Stonewall Road were ‘keyed’ during the overnight hours on Monday and Tuesday, and again Thursday and Friday.

Larcenies

Copper piping was stolen from 13 external air conditioning units sometime between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Thursday. The thief removed insulation and cut the copper piping out of the units. The thefts occurred at four neighboring commercial properties on the 9700 block of Quarry Road.

Larceny

Power tools were stolen from the unsecured bed of a pickup truck in a driveway of a home on the 8500 block of King Carter Street sometime between the 8 p.m. Wednesday and 5:30 a.m. Thursday. The value of the stolen tools is estimated at $3,800, police said.
