Woman Declared Fugitive After Not Returning Enterprise Rental Car, Police Say

Manassas City Police say that the suspect rented a car from Enterprise and never returned it. She is the department's fugitive of the week.

A Virginia woman rented a car from Enterprise in April and never returned it, Manassas City Police say. 

Police have named Courtney Laverne Pope, 31, "Fugitive of the Week" for unauthorized use of a vehicle. 

Police said Pope rented a white 2013 Chrysler 200 from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Euclid Avenue on April 8. She was scheduled to return it on April 15, but as of Wednesday—almost two months later—the vehicle had not been returned, police said. No one has been able to reach Pope.

Pope's last known address is in the Norfolk/Newport News, Va. area. She is described as black, about 5'10", around 155 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. The tag number on the car is from Conneticut: 356ZTA.
