Police: Man Exposed Self in Broad Daylight

A man exposed himself in broad daylight in a Sudley Road parking lot Monday, Prince William County Police said.

On Monday at 11:50 a.m., police responded to the 7800 block of Sudley Road, where a 31-year-old Manassas woman reported the exposure. She said that she was walking in a parking lot in the area when she encountered an unknown man inside a vehicle.

The man, who was described as Hispanic, between 23-27 years of age, 5’5”, 140 pounds, with black hair, exposed himself to the victim.

He never left the vehicle and no injuries were reported. The suspect was last seen leaving the parking lot in the vehicle.
