Manassas Park Closes City Hall After Coronavirus Exposure

The City of Manassas Park said the city hall lobby will be closed until further coronavirus test results are received.

MANASSAS PARK, VA — The City of Manassas Park on Thursday announced its city hall lobby has temporarily closed due to a coronavirus exposure.

In a post on Twitter, the city said a person in its treasurer's office had been exposed to the COVID-19 virus with a positive test result confirming the exposure.

As a result, the lobby will be closed until the results of more coronavirus tests are obtained, the city said.

Residents can still contact certain departments by phone. The treasurer's office can be reached at 703-335-8835, and the Commissioner’s Office can be reached at 703-335-8825.
