Manassas Park Schools Returning To Virtual Learning Monday

Some students are tentatively scheduled to return to classrooms in January.

MANASSAS PARK, VA — Manassas Park City School Board on Monday voted to return all students in the division to virtual learning for starting on Monday.

The school said in a news release the decision to return to remote instruction was made after the number of coronavirus cases in the area continued to climb.

“While the division remains confident in the success of its mitigation strategies, the desire to stay ahead of any potential outbreaks in the division directed the revision in in-person return dates,” the board said in a release.
